At Elite Sara, we are committed to providing a distinguished and secure shopping experience. Below is our clear and transparent policy regarding exchanges and returns:
1. Size Verification
- Customers must ensure they select the correct sizes before completing the purchase.
- The store is not responsible for incorrect size choices made by the customer. Exchanges and returns will be processed according to the terms below.
2. Return Policy
- Return Period: Return requests are accepted within one (1) day only from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The dress must be in its original, pristine condition, unused, and with no signs of wear. The store reserves the right to inspect the item before accepting the return.
- Return Fees: A fee of 30 applies, in addition to the original shipping costs to the customer's location. These will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Free Shipping Offers: For orders that included a free delivery promotion, both the delivery fee and the return fee will be deducted from the total refund.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Period: Exchange requests are accepted within two (2) days only from the date of delivery.
- Exchange Fees: A fee of 30 applies, plus the shipping costs to the customer's location.
- One-Time Exchange: Exchanges are permitted only once. After an exchange is processed, the item is no longer eligible for further exchange or return.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items that have been altered, used, soiled, or had their tags/labels removed.
- Items missing their original packaging or accessories.
- Requests without a valid purchase receipt or proof of delivery.
5. Alterations
- Any alterations (e.g., lining, narrowing, shortening) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Once an item has been altered, it is completely ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
6. Item Handover & Waybills
- The customer must deliver the item along with the provided shipping waybill to the nearest branch as per the instructions.
- Once the return waybill is issued, the item must be handed over to the shipping office within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the waybill, and the store reserves the right to charge the customer for its value.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the item is handed over to the shipping company and may take between 2 to 14 business days.
- If the returned product violates the store’s policy upon inspection, the store reserves the right to hold the customer accountable.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once the status is updated to "Ready for Shipping."
- Delivery fees are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped.
9. Manufacturing Defects
- In the event of a manufacturing defect or error, the item may be returned after reporting it to our Customer Service department immediately.
